There are many beautiful holiday parks around today in the most beautiful parts of the country as well as abroad. Whether it's sea, sand and beach or lakes fields and mountains you should be able to find a static caravan that suits your needs. Ask park to send you their literature, check their opening dates, do you want year round access or does a 10 month season suit you.
Ensure you are happy with the distance the holiday park is from you home, it may be that you don't want to be travelling for hours before you are able to relax and enjoy your van.
You should study the licence agreement contract that you will be asked to sign, it will inform you on how many years you will be allowed to keep your van on the site. What are the Park's management fees. Check the Parks rules, are you allowed to sublet, will the park offer advice on this and what are the terms. Are there any facilities such as a pool for you to use at the Park. Are dogs allowed on site.
The location of a Park, the position of your caravan pitch on the park, the view you have, the facilities on offer will all play a part in determining the cost of owning a static caravan.
